Tell Rob to find out on the that torque converter. If it is a multi disc I will get it. If it is single than I will pass.

I talked with Cameron at TCS and he helped me ID the converter. Said it either Alabama custom converters or Atlantic coast converters.

He said Alabama converters are junk but the Atlantic converters are good stuff.

I called Alabama custom converters and they verified that it was not one of theirs, i could not get ahold of Atlantic coast converters, but im pretty confident its theirs. So i dont know if its multi or single.

It looks just like the 3800 I had from ACC and if so its a single disk. They showed me what all was in mine. Dave Swim is a nice guy. He does pretty good work. His shop is less than 15 min from my house.

Do you have a number for us to get a hold of ACC? The number we tried today was busy every time, so either he's very busy or something was wrong with that number.

Its been probably 6 months. It was on a 350 i picked up for my boat. I went with a rebuilt quadrajet. Put this on in the trunk of a car.

personal choice especially with nitrous and future mods imo. especially when the single disc slipped in dads blazer with shooting it. i dont want slippage again. but might consider it

Nice to meet you Rob, It was a pleasure to do business with you!

If I didn't need such big spacers to make those rims work on my 70 I would buy those too.
