I must first start by thanking booger for the great deal he gave me on the DGM rad cover. He really took care of me. There are a couple very, very minor flaws in the finish of this piece, but they're barely noticeable. Plus, for what I paid I can't complain.

I also have to thank Chris Nelson and ShockTherapy for giving me the ideas about the fasteners. I really like how it turned out. Let me know what you think...

I used the U-Nuts that Chris used and originally bought the bolts too. I decided later to ditch the bolts and picked up some chrome allen bolts from my local Grayco. They have little covers that go on them and look really clean. I also got some chrome washers to go with them. This stuff certainly wasn't cheap either. These pics really don't do justice to how well these pieces shine...

I really like the chrome bolts better than the black ones because they kinda go with the other blingy stuff I have under the hood.
