the truck was about half done when i got it but i had to redo alot of what was done and finish the rest. i am running a 44 1/2 ton front stocker in the rear, flipped the transfercase, crossover steering, etc, etc. i drive it everyday so i had to make in right. some of the swap is home made but its all good. i can show you a few things and help you with it if you are interested.

Well i recently blew up my 10 bolt swapped it for a 14bolt, in the process of doing that i swapped my front spindles, brakes, bearings from a 95 2500 and still have the diff and was planning on doing that also but i just dont think ill ever get it to sit right with the combo thats on it now thats why im looking into sas. Im looking at a hpd60 just have to find one, just because i didnt want to go through hassle of fliipping the tcase using a chevy axle but if thats not bad then chevy axles are much cheaper and easier to find.

yeah you are austin right? i called you about the 2500 you were parting out. just come look at the truck and see one up close its pretty easy. i have a spare knuckle for the cross over steering, already milled, drilled, and has the after-market steering arm. you will need the k5 cross member for the transfer case flip, also the front drive shaft.

its the same lift no matter what axles you are running. remember this though theoretically the swap gives you a 3+ inch lift already so dont order springs without doing some math and research first.

well some axles have different spring perch widths, and some lifts do +6 for example sky is 6 over and oru is 3.. i was gonna do 3 and six in springs
