I first saw your title and thought you were soliciting prostitution.
I have nothing useful to add to this...

I don't think he does that type of crank work, but it might be a good idea to call Dennis Jordan at Jordan's Performance in Conway. 843-248-6845. If he can't do it then he can refer you to someone else.
Tim Tucker at W.C. Scarborough's engine rebuilding is probably the best crankshaft man anywhere near here. He can do it, but I know he's had some health issues lately. It's been a while since I talked to him so I'm not sure. They moved their shop from Hartsville to Bishopville so their number may have changed, but it used to be 843-383-6383.

i talk to dennis often. he does great work but dosnt do custom stroker cranks.
i made a few calls and think i got something in order or at least a decent lead on a company.
i use to live a few houses down from dennis he is good people and i loved being next to him i seen all the cars he tuned and herd them on the dyno for a few years straight.
seen some legit stuff on those rollers and in the engine room.

when my motor dropped a valve and destroyed the piston, crack the block in 2 places, bent the rod, beat the shit out of the head Simmons did all the work for me and I have no complaints. Simmons fixed the block, oringed it, fixed the head and checked the other head, put new valve springs in the head because they found 2 broken during inspection, got a new piston, & rod for me and polished the crankshaft, plus the sold me all new bearings.....
All I have to do is put the engine back together....
