Looking at the JW site they offer a lightweight and I assume standard weight flexplate. I need 157 tooth C4 flywheel. Are there any advantages to going with a lightweight flexplate. I know the advantages of a lighter flywheel but I cant imagine the total weight of a flexplate being that much difference? They cost the same. This is going behind a turbo motor, somewhere in the 475-525 range if it makes a difference.

i wouldnt see why a light weight flex plate would help much bc they dont weight much in the first place.

Less weight is also less rotating mass.
