They fucking suck. Told my intake would be here last Wednesday and when I checked, it hadnt even been shipped out. Called them up and the girl said that had to do with UPS. Call UPS and they said call the shipper. So Friday I talked to a guy at RPMoutlet.com and he said they would send it next day on Monday if it didnt come Saturday, with a set of free intake gaskets (whooo hoo, big $14). Anywho, the intake magically made it from Houston, Texas to Greensboro, NC with no shown movement in UPS' tracking. It came today and the outside box was a little f-ed up, but I didnt mind that part too much. I got all the packing out and the actual intake box itself was even worse, and I could see where the box had been retaped and stuff. I still had hopes of possibly the intake being okay. I opened the box and one of the ears where you put the bolt in for the intake to actually bolt to the engine was broken off! So, on top of the wait for the intake, I now have a broken one. I took pictures of everything before I opened it due to the fucked up packaging. Now I get to wait another week at least and take time out of my day to go to UPS to return this bullshit.
All in all, RPMoutlet.com, you suck

Theres my first and last time story with them. I just wanna see how big of a runaround im gonna get to get reimbursed, or for them to replace the intake.
I cant drive my car until I get it, so this is bullshit.

Hell it only took a week? Try Doug Herbert Performance sometime, 3 months later on pistons and finally had to get the Credit Union to reverse charges, to get my money back..

C.U.N.D.N.RACING isn't any better. "In stock and ready to ship" means call us and we will call the company and see if they have it in stock! Glad to hear that about RPM though I was about to order from them.

When I first got my mustang I ordered stuff from them and never had a problem. But than again I only placed maybe 3 orders through them and this was almost 4 years ago. But I am sure customer service and quality has gone downhill since then.
