What is up with people being Hidden Lately

Why are people hiding on the forum. Lately there are more people Hidden and guests then there are Reg. Users. I thought we all were friends on this board???
Example:
Our users have posted a total of 11416 articles
We have 93 registered users
The newest registered user is Darryl Buckner
In total there are 7 users online :: 2 Registered, 2 Hidden and 3 Guests [ Administrator ] [ Moderator ]
Most users ever online was 40 on Mon Oct 22, 2007 5:04 pm

btw, i know admins can see who is hidden though. Just like admins/mods of a section can do ip search of people's post. And even do a comparision and see who all post from that same ip also.

I do it b/c I never sign out and I get tired of seeing my name at the bottom all the time.

I didn't know mods could see the ip. Can you see the ip Morey?

Only if they post in morey's section. a mod in section a can not see the "mod control panel" in section b unless he/she is a mod of that section as well.

Well, atleast with about 99.999999999999999999999% of boards out there. Unless you wrote the program for this one. lol :lol:

Not a hider. Sometimes I browse as a guest, then sign in to post.

i browse and half the time don't realize i am signed out or in.
