I have a 1990 14x76 palm harbor house ive been in for the past 3 years.It is 3 bed 2 bath and is metal on metal..Its has plywood floors,new insulation in the walls and 1/2 in residential drywall.Custom lower cabinets in the kitchen and new tub in one bath.Also has a new split air system.It would be great for a rental or someone looking for something with no payments!!! $8500 and you can come look at it anytime,i have a new house coming in a couple weeks...
