I took a trip to Jax to visit some family this weekend, me and my brother decided to have a look at the local street scene around here lastnite (all the drag strips are closed down due to development eccept Gainsville).
We did see some pretty neat cars though, and would have seen some street races if it wouldn't have rained here. Some of the more interesting stuff we seen here was about seven 03-04 cobras two of them were KB one of them was built w/wipple the rest were bolt-on cars. we saw one single turbo sn95 cobra and two big(and I mean big) single turbo supras.
There were several sub 10 second (old school fairlane's, Nova's, Chevelle's ect...) street cars (well, they drove them on the street) piled up in the corner with slick tounge's in an argument about money and lengths. (they actually tote around VHT and a weed burner w/propane to prep the street LMAO)
All and all it was a pretty cool sight way and (I mean WAY) more racers and ricers :( than we have all piled up in a parking lot like Sam's club used to be.
Only seen one Gen 2 Lightning and the guy didn't even know it was supercharged :(
