Ok. This is the bench racing thread.
Everybody has the racing bug, and I don't get to go often enough so I need to hear about some bragging #'s. A few people have been to the dyno lately, so lets hear some big #'s and your mods.
Mine is a 2002 Lightning mods: JDM 4lb lower pulley, ported blower, C&L plenum, JDM intake & e-fan, 60lb injectors, SCT MAF and AVT performance tune on a SCT XCal 2 programmer.
Truck makes 441hp/524tq on a 14 degree tune.
Waiting for LightningMike to upgrade and get rid his worn out motor to replace mine. WoooooHoooo
7.95 @87mph on Drag Radials
Post up your best E.T. if you have them.
Just looked up my old dyno & et numbers
447/545 without the nitrous. I ran a 7.775 with a 1.72 60' at this power level
I never put the truck on the dyno with the nitrous. With a 50 shot my best time was 7.481 with a 1.65 60'.
My mods at that time:
6 lb Lower
Ported Blower
C&L Plenum
PSP tuned Predator
Long Tube Headers with High Flow Cats
Mafia
28x16 Slicks
Truck Tracs

Since the Evo is a turtle I'll talk about my old 03 Cobra .

Best time was 7.09 @ 99mph with a best mph of 103 in the 1/8th
ported blower
2.76 upper
x-pipe
maganflow catback
JLT CAI
ATS Tuned Predator

How about we add some pictures to our original post. Mainly because I want to see Jeff's pictures of the Cobra when he 1st put the Bogarts on.

92 Thunderbird SuperCoupe
3.8 with eaton m90.
Rebuilt block bored .30
Underdrives
I haven't had it on a dyno yet but I bet at least 110 hp and 200 torque. A real monster. Stock the cars are rated 210 hp and 315 torque I think.
The only time on the track it ran a best of 10.1 (spinning like mad). I have a few things to change and would like to see it in the mid 8's.

Yep. :D With having an auto and loose stall I don't think I'll see that big of numbers. I plan on making the girlfriends WS6 the dyno queen. It put down 318 to the wheels bone stock.

I figured with a real loose stall, it would be hard to see decent #'s. A friend of mine is having an engine built and it has @4,000 stall in it. I figured it might spin on the dyno.??
